Spear Sketchbook 0901, Page 81

There is something about January that brings out the grump in people. If the weather has been bad, it’s a catalyst to the whole thing.

Then again, I start to wonder if I am the catalyst. Nobody likes someone who’s in a good mood if they’re in a bad one. I just may be too annoying to some.

I drew this in my sketchbook. I used a Pilot Pecise pen and Prismacolor pencils.

On a cold, January day, this image popped into my mind when I heard the word, “pale.”

I drew this in Adobe Illustrator.

The word “contained” reminded me of teen angst. It’s an age where things may be contained one minute, and out of control the next.

I drew this in Adobe Illustrator.
