I originally drew this a dozen years ago during another economic slow-down. These things happen in cycles.

Something about Santa and his throne has always made me uneasy. It felt more like a confession booth to me. I was sure he would penetrate the deep, dark places of my soul and find a reason not to give me that souped up Batmobile!

Cats never looked like the kind of animal that would like a day of giving thanks. Perhaps they do all their thanking in their sleep.
