Do you remember all that writing we did in school? I would like to have thought they were bestselling papers. That thought inspired this bestselling report cartoon.
It would have been nice if that third-grade report on bees and honey made it on the New York Times Best Sellers list. But I feel it is best that the report is buried deep in a landfill.
Not all projects are meant to make money. At least, not at first. Who knows what projects we did in the past led to profitable projects today? I’m guessing my Art and English teachers had no clue the lessons they taught me in elementary school would lead to my career path.
After all, nobody knows what they are good at until they try it. Thanks to my Shop and Ag classes, I quickly discovered I wasn’t cut out for those subjects!
At the same time, not everything we do should be connected with profit. Some hobbies should remain so. We realize if we tried to make money out of our hobby, it would take the fun out of it.

Keep play in your life. And dust off that old-school report. Enjoy it for what it was. If you think you can develop it into a bestselling novel. Go for it! No pressure, though. In the meantime, enjoy this bestselling report cartoon.
