Once in a while, whether in school or children’s ministry, you get a kid who is a spitfire. They can try your patience and wear you out. But I’ve found they can grow up to be the leaders and really neat young adults. You just have to get through those “fun” stages. Sometimes, it’s about us teachers maturing as well as the child. The results can be worth it.
