I’m a news junkie, but I have to watch myself. If I’m not too careful, I can get a bad attitude quickly. Let’s face it, TV news loves to find all the “Man bites dog” stories. When things get bad, I have to find a channel with some animated cartoons, and fast!

Pharaoh could have saved a lot of trouble by just letting the Israelites go. His ROI (Return on Investment) could not have been very good that year. Some people live and learn. Other tyrants don’t.

Never underestimate the craftiness of neighborhood kids. Once they see you with a snowball in your hand, all bets are off. You have shown you are willing to tango, and they will make sure they lead! They will make sure any snowball fight you start, will be finished before you can say, “Maybe this wasn’t such a good idea!”
